Pass-the-Book! -- Directions

This is a PASS THE BOOK book. It's being handed around among friends with the proviso that each link in the chain of readers agrees -- under threat of the most appalling consequences -- to pass the book on in turn to someone who will keep the chain going.

THE RULES ARE SIMPLE
1. Read the book.

2. Sign the book's READER LIST (located probably on one of the book's end papers), including all or some of the following information:

NAME (required)
DATE READ (required)
LOCATION (required)
A SENTENCE ABOUT YOURSELF
YOUR WEB SITE
FURTHER COMMENTS

Remember to number your entry so it's clear how many people have read the book.

3. Pass the book on to someone who agrees to abide by these rules.

THE BOOK STOPS HERE?
At some point this book may seem to have come to the end of its travels. If you think you're the book's last reader -- if it's falling apart, if you simply can't find a new reader for it, if there's no room anywhere in the book for further readers to sign -- send it back to the book's FIRST READER if he or she provided a mailing address in the READER LIST.

Print out these directions (http://pass-the-book.blogspot.com) and affix them to the book of your choice. Create a READER LIST somewhere in the book. (Make sure to provide your address if you'd like the book to be returned to you eventually.) Then pass the book!
